Director of Worship Ministry (Part-Time)
New Life Community Church is seeking our next Director of Worship Ministries. The Director of Worship Ministries is responsible for leading and developing the worship life of the church, with a primary focus on Sunday gatherings, volunteer teams, and worship technology. This role collaborates closely with the Lead Pastor to plan and lead Christ-centered, biblically grounded worship services that invite congregational participation.
Key responsibilities include leading worship services, coordinating and discipling musicians and A/V volunteers, organizing rehearsals and schedules, and overseeing the worship environment and technology. The Director also manages communication, ensures compliance with licensing requirements, and supports the spiritual growth of the worship team through prayer and discipleship.
This individual should demonstrate a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ, possess musical and leadership ability, and have experience in worship ministry. A servant-hearted attitude, team collaboration, and a passion for helping others grow in worship and ministry are essential.
